Phone hasn't shipped

Almost 3 months and the phone I ordered still has not shipped. I no longer need a phone T-Mobile didn't scam me. How do I get my money back I'm tired of being "reassured" they will send it at the end of the week. It's been the end of the week for months I want my money back.
