one bar of service

For days now, i have had only one bar of service on the mobile data network no matter where i go.  Im outside-one bar, in my home-one bar, driving along the highway-one bar.

I did a speed test on my phone and it says  4.53 mbps download, and .30 upload,,,your internet connection is slow it says.

Lots of other people have had the same issue on other providers, I've looked on downdetector and other similiar sites...

So what the story??

Can you provide us a little more information on the device you're using with Xinity Mobile--is it an iPhone or Android, what model number is it, is the software currently up to date, etc.

@XfinityBrie​  it's a samsung a52,android  up to date..I've turned it off, not reset, turned back on,,I've reset the network I fo and the phone found the network again...ive been in range of several different towers,,switched to different towers.....co workers on other networks also only have minimal service, we live in different towns cities

For something like this, I would definitely suggest that you call our Mobile team, they are experts at this kind of thing! You can get to them at 888-936-4968. I know they are going to be able to help you get this all figured out!

@XfinityBrie​ they were of no help.  Gave me the standard reset the phone,  restart the phone,  restart the EMTA-router,,,even though I'm asking about cell service, not wifi....I did all that plus more.

Just switched from t-Mobil 2 days ago. Now with Comcast I have only one bar. I’m using an iPhone 11. Should at least have 4g
