No Visual Voicemail on Samsung Note 9
My wife and I switched to Xfinity from Verizon a month ago. She had a Samsung S8 and I have a note 9. The visual voicemail works fine on her phone, but mine says that my device is incompatible and to use the native visual voice mail. THERE IS NO NATIVE VOICEMAIL APP ON MY PHONE, NOR CAN I DOWNLOAD ONE. The call in voicemail works fine except i never know when I have a voicemail. I have missed 3 very important voicemails because of this. I'm so frustrated I'm ready to go back to Verizon.
I do not want to spend hours on the phone or in the store trying to get this fixed. I need a solution NOW!

I am sorry to hear that your voicemail is not working. First dial *86 to make sure your voicemail is set up. Reset your network settings and then dial *73 - this worked for me and got my visual voicemail working. If that does not work please reach out to our Xfinity Mobile Department by calling 888-936-4968 as our dedicated Xfinity Mobile team have all the tools to assist you with your questions as we have limited access to Xfinity Mobile accounts over this platform.

Samsung Note 9 user here too! My Xfinity voicemail app worked just fine until just recently. I'm on the phone with tech support. An hour and 15 minutes into the call... yayyyyyyyy

I never could get it to work, so instead I installed google voice, and forwarded my line to that number. I really regret switching Xfinity. the savings is not really worth it.
