my voice mails take weeks to come to me

Hi Folks - first time here - my voice mail does not notify when a new voice mail is left.  I just received 9 emails today March 22 - 2023 - the oldest being from Dec 30th 2022 - why am I not being notified and why do I get a big dump 3 months after the voice mail is left me?  Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated

Below is XM’s support article on Voicemail which discusses the limits on the number of voicemails for iOS and Android devices:

https://www.xfinity.com/mobile/support/article/how-do-i-manage-voicemail-on-my-phone

Also: The above support article does not discuss the fact that the transfer of voicemail to your phone, instead of calling for voicemail, uses and counts data from your plan allowance and therefore you should have cellular data enabled and cellular data for your phone App enabled.

Bottom line: Manage your voicemail limit appropriately and keep cellular data on.
