My plan

On December 19, 2024 Xfinity accepted my phone that I traded in and said my bill will be credited for 24 month. I was told yesterday that the employee at the Xfinity store made a mistake and I didn’t qualify for the trade in. So I switched plans to the 1 gig and dropped my 15.00 device coverage so I could afford my new phone. Can I have my old phone back that I traded in? That phone was paid for and you have it. So I gave Xfinity a $900 phone and I get nothing. Please help me.
