Moving from parents Xfinity mobile to my own Xfinity mobile account

I’ve been on my parents Xfinity mobile account for 4ish years. I recently moved and got my own place and I have Xfinity internet. I’m looking to move my phone to my account. How would I go about removing it from my parents and adding it to my own account?
