Hi @user_0bvled,If you are referring to the Identity Verification process for your Xfinity order only the following documentation can be used.
Valid state-issued ID (U.S. only).Driver's license (U.S., Canadian, or Mexican).Passport book (U.S., Canadian, and Mexican).Do you have at least one of these?
