Mobile usage issue

I just spent over an hour with 4 reps, all telling me you have reach right place and I will fix....NOPE. 3rd rep transferred me from mobile to internet inly for 4th rep to transfer me back to mobile. And after re explaining the issue 3 times. Horrible horrible service. And problem not fixed.

No it hasn't and the line is about to hit it's level before speed reduction

I still keep getting passed back and doing eth. It's a Internet, it's mobile, .....
