Mobile sim not delivered

Hi

i purchased a combo of Wi-Fi and mobile service it started around September 23. I have not yet received any Sim card for the mobile service yet I see there is this outstanding bill from September 26 amount up to about $55 I do not have a Sim card yet does I’m requesting it and to wave off the set charges of $55 please reach out to me at my email or call me directly.
