Mobile Service Decline

My husband and I are moving into a new home and our community has a bundled Xfinity plan.  We went into the store as we were going to bundle our mobile service with our cable.  However, although we have a credit score of 860 were declined authorization for our needed 4 lines 2 phone and 2 Apple Watches.  We were given no explanation except being advised to try in 30 days.  We have a long history with Comcast/xfinity with no blemishes and a credit score higher than 80% of Americans.  What pray tell in 30 days could possible change to make us qualify for 4 lines as desired?
