Update via Xfinity Mobile Website

1. Sign in to your Xfinity Mobile account using your Xfinity ID.
2. Go to Settings > Payment Method > Update Card.
3. Confirm your identity by entering the six-digit code sent to your trusted contact method.
4. Enter your new card details and save.

Update via Xfinity App

1. Open the Xfinity app on your phone.
2. Tap Account (bottom-right corner).
3. Select Xfinity Mobile Billing Card, then Autopay Method.
4. Confirm identity with the six-digit code.
5. Add your new card and save.
