Mobile Data

Samsung Android activated on Fri eve, Sat morn no mobile data, Mon text messages sent but can't receive responses. I spoke to five reps at 800 #. Toggled, reboot, restart, power off/on, changed APN. None of it worked until I went into an actual store. He verified network, changed SIM, checked text speed, # bars, etc. If I still have issues over the wknd I won't go pass my 14 day trial period before dropping this carrier.
