Mobile Billing for an Inactive account
Hello. I've reached out to xfinity multiple times in the last year. We were incorrectly charged for mobile when it was "inactive" and not under use as we were with another provider. However, xfinity was taking out $66.86 a month regularly on autopay between Oct 2025 - Feb 2025, a total of 386.54; we received a refund of $60, but that was it. I have an ECM ticket which was created on Feb 13, 2025: [EDITED: Personal Information]. No one has contacted me about this and xfinity still owes me $326.54. We stopped payments right after through our bank since xfinity has been uncooperative. The person we spoke with specifically said we will not be charged until we use services - which we did not even once since we had another provider under contract. This is completely unfair for a family to pay so much without using the services. Please reach out asap not he refunds. Thank you.
