Mobile bill rooming
To whom it may concern,
I had internet and cellular service. I live in Lemoore, CA. My son traveled on 07/23/2025 out of USA, I called to Xfinity on 07/21/2025 to asked for a Traveler Plan the agent Bryan told me I do not need a plan I just have to turn on the rooming service my son did it. He traveled from 07/23 til 8/8/2025 I do not know what happened but on July they charge me $582.15 and 08/14 $582.15 after I receive a text with a info charge for $3900.00 I called Customer Service and I explain my situation they said I'm going to report and Ill call you back, nothing happened. but I called consecutively and tried to understand what and how to fix what happened. I got absolutely no where! No one listened or even really understood what I was saying or cared. My bill is over 3,900 dollars. I called again on 8/14 agent Maria responded I repeat all the situation and she said I have to call again after 5 days for answers. they never called me. On 8/26 I called again and the agent Maria respond and again I told her my situation and she make a Ticket and told me that all the phone calls are recorded, so apparently they do not told me all info. and suggest call again after 48 hours. On 9/2 I called again agent Katherin said she will contact her supervisor and verify my situation and suggest call again after 48 hours. I called again on 9/5 agent Christian answer and I explain again my situation and he said I need to contact a Rooming Department and they should help me with my situation. I did and the agent said he cant help this is the Billing Department. I am not able to pay that amount nor do I feel I owe it. I think I am legally being stolen from. How can and who can I talk too? I am so frustrated and am tired of dealing with people who do not care about who I am. They all say they will fix it and make it all better then never do a thing.
