Missing sim card

Good morning, my wife and I just joined mobile.

We only received 1 sim card and I can't get anything to tell me where the 2nd card is

If the second SIM was part of the same order, it should have shipped together or right after — but sometimes they arrive separately. We’d be happy to take a closer look and help track it down for you.
