Military Service Benefits - Free Mobile Unlimited Line for 2 years.

I recently signed up for Xfinity internet and received a free mobile unlimited line for 1 year. I just enrolled in military service benefits that include a free mobile unlimited line for 2 years. Will I get my free line extended for another year?

Hey there, @user_047qnn, thanks for reaching out through Xfinity Forums. Thank you for your services. Yes, a backend process will switch the included line for 12 months to the included Unlimited line for 24 months, usually by the first bill cycle, as long as military verification is completed. Let us know if you have any additional questions.

Hello,

Can another line be added to get the 2 years free if there is already a line receiving the 1 year free? We switch to the internet and gave the free line to someone else in the household. now I (vetran) want to switch over to Xinifity mobile as well.

Greetings, @user_38sus4! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about our new Military Service Benefits offers. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

According to our Military service benefits and FAQs page (https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/military-service-offers), verified military customers are eligible for one free line per account. If you already have the free line for 1 year promotion in place, it can be extended to two years, but if you added a second line to your account, only one of them would end up receiving the free line promotion.

Please let me know if you have any other questions, or if you needed assistance getting things set up. We are here for your support.
