military free line

I had 3 Xfinity lines for years on the old shared 10g plan. I found out about the military plan and went through several on-line chats to discuss what I ghad to do to change (1) line to the military free 2yr program and then pay for the additional (2) lines. I completed all the necessary paperwork and even purchased a new Iphone17 pro and I have in print from the chats that I had qualified and my new bill would be 1 line free and the other 2 at $20 per month for a total of $40 per month plus monthly charges for the new phone.  So I changed my shared 10g plan which had grown to $65 a month to this new one. The first month to change was to be Nov. 2025. No change for Nov-so I called up and was asked to come into the store to review. After the visit I was told it could take a few business days and up to 2 weeks to see the billing change. It is now July 2026

and each month I have been billed $100 plus phone charges each month. I have had 4 more store visits and each time its wait a week and the billing will change. On the fifth visit I was directed to the virtual store assistant and I sat infant of a video monitor talking with an xfinity representative. (CAS 364 09 73). She tells me if the billing isn't corrected in 30days that they may have to just give me a credit. I wait two more billing cycles and I make another appt and drive the 25 miles one way to the store again. This is visit SIX!. We go through the usual and then I am told that the case is closed. I am told that they can't change an existing line to the free military one. This is absurd- at the beginning Xfinity representatives told me exactly what I had to do to make the switch, I did all that, I then spent hours of my time and gas for six visits to the store to be told they can't do it. I feel like a real idiot putting up with this as I am sure other companies would love my business. It is also painful because I have been a loyal internet and Comcast cable customer for years. I am hoping for some positive resolution by going on this help site
