Migrated lines from NOW mobile not showing on Xfinity

We moved 4 NOW mobile lines to Xfinity via the customer service platform in January.Wecwerevtild it will take a little time for the numbers to show on the Xfinity account but till date our numbers have turned to floating numbers which is neither with Now mobile nor Xfinity.please help .
