Many incorrect charges, horrible service.
Xfinity is the WORST company I have ever dealt with. I got the wifi just for the price to be raised a few months later with no warning. I then had to chat with customer service, who gave me $30 in credits and a “free” phone line. I cancelled my wifi, but was still charged a couple times after. And last month, I was charged for my FREE phone line. I then cancelled the line, but was AGAIN CHARGED THIS MONTH, FOR MY FREE LINE. I am sick of you guys, seriously. This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable. I need a full refund and COMPLETE cancellation of anything I am currenty “paying” for. I am so sick of you guys, basically scamming me. LET ME CANCEL.
