Have SOS on my cell phone cannot use anything at all. Went to a local store and called customer services for hours get the same output every call. They suspended my line and removed my insurance without my permission. I have been dealing with this for 4 days now.  I have been through all the trouble solutions they had me do multiple times and still the same outcome nothing is being resolved.   One laughing in background while speaking in another language to his coworker unprofessional. They refused to unblock my phone and release my number to go to a different carrier refused to send me a new phone and refused a credit. Why pay for insurance if you cannot utilize it. I just paid off my phone the beginning of September and my bill went up $50 than what I have been paying for two years while paying off my cell phone. My daughter had the same exact phone as me iPhone 13 pro max and she never has one issue with hers.   I need someone to reach out to me this is the only phone line I have, and I refuse to give up until I get my phone working properly.  This is a network issue not mine.

Hey, @user_7bx5ps! Thanks for reaching out to us on the forums! I apologize to hear of the issues you are having with your iPhone 13 pro max and it's going into the SOS mode. It sounds like there might be something going on with the SIM on the phone. Can you let us know if this is using a nanoSIM card or an eSIM?

I am a xfinity customer. I have four cellphones and I was paid my account and my cellphones. I go to get my cellphone services transferred and xfinity put a lock on my phone. After three days of going back and forward to the local store on the phone my son phone is still locked. Where do I go to make a complaint and a lawsuit to get my money back for the phone they will not unlock.
