Issues with trade in.

I have sent my 2 iPhones for trade in, both the same day. I got credit for 1 phone immediately. Still fighting for the credit on the 2nd phone for over a month. Have visited the Xfinity store and was assured it would get handled. It has not. and now I am in a billing cycle where I am getting charged for the full price of the iPhone 15.
