Issue Porting to Xfintiy from TMobile
Hi,
I have been trying to port my number from TMobile to Xfinity from last 6 days. The initial port in request created by Xfinity customer care had some data entry issue. So they did not get the required response from TMobile. Verified with TMobile customer service and they confirmed that they never received the request to port out. Also had TMobile associate in a conference call with Xfinity advanced team to verify all credentials and advanced team was supposed to send a new request. Since then, Xfinity customer service is not responding properly to what happened with the request. I already ported out all line from my TMobile account to other carriers and is stuck with this line porting to Xfinity. Had atleast 5-6 calls over last few days and spend more than 8-9 hours. This is frustrating. I really need a closure on this issue. They keep me waiting for 20-25 minutes every time.

I am on the same boat, we need more competent people. On the call for the past 3 hrs talking to one rep after another. Ridiculous service.
