Issue Porting to Xfintiy from TMobile

Hi,

I have been trying to port my number from TMobile to Xfinity from last 6 days. The initial port in request created by Xfinity customer care had some data entry issue. So they did not get the required response from TMobile. Verified with TMobile customer service and they confirmed that they never received the request to port out. Also had TMobile associate in a conference call with Xfinity advanced team to verify all credentials and advanced team was supposed to send a new request. Since then, Xfinity customer service is not responding properly to what happened with the request. I already ported out all line from my TMobile account to other carriers and is stuck with this line porting to Xfinity. Had atleast 5-6 calls over last few days and spend more than 8-9 hours. This is frustrating. I really need a closure on this issue. They keep me waiting for 20-25 minutes every time.

3/26/2022, I am now on day 6 of my own "Port-Out" fiasco! I spent 1 1/2 hour on 3/21/22, 2 3/4 hours last night, 2 1/2 hours tonight, multiple call's into to Xfinity Mobile to resolve issue, T-Mobile says one thing, Xfinity says there is an "error" code pointing to "another" carrier wanting to port my 2 lines in, blocking the porting. I had been with T-Mobile for 5 years before placing my Xfinity service order to buy one new iphone and bring one iphone to the new plan. I want to scream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every call center has people trying to speaking English with the HEAVIEST accent, so hard to even understand them. Come on COMCAST......what the heck were you thinking? maybe cheaper labor, but at a big cost and frustration to your USA customer base. "Larry" is supposed to call me back tomorrow night to see if we can complete the porting....of course "Alexandro" was supposed to call me back 2 hours ago, no call from him, that is why I called back in and got "Larry". Looks like I will be taking double the blood pressure medication tonight for sure!! Maybe I should just cancel the 2 line order and stay with T-Mobile?!!?

I am on the same boat, we need more competent people. On the call for the past 3 hrs talking to one rep after another. Ridiculous service.
