iPhone locked by xfinity 8 months after switching to Verizon
In 2/2023 I contacted xfinity mobile, paid off my iPhone, paid off my balance, got the phone unlocked by xfinity, asked for the account to be closed and switched to Verizon. Fast forward 8 months. I went into the Apple Store and got a replacement iPhone. The Apple Specialist puts the same sim I had in the broken phone and……XFINITY MOBILE LOCKED MY IPHONE. I’ve spent hours on the phone, been left on hold for over an hour by a supervisor and my phone is still being held hostage by xfinity mobile…Let me be clear I did everything right or else I would never have been able to switch carriers. So when the reps at xfinity mobile leave me on hold for over an hour its a big slap in the face.. The frustration I’m feeling is beyond words. Xfinity mobile should be disgusted with the level or lack of customer service they provide…absolutely useless…the ticket number for my horrific ordeal is below…..this is the name of one of the supervisors that did nothing whatsoever to help
