iPhone 14 Shipping Times

Hello, I saw a shipping thread created for the iPhone 13 so I'm creating this one! Let's update each other on the shipping processes for the phones. I ordered the 14 pro max in space black 128gb and my date is scheduled for September 30th but I already lost the cancel button and received a trade in email and the phone shows up on my account now. Is anyone else seeing this?

Mine was supposed to arrive today by noon, but nothing yet.  Last FEDEX tracking update was Ft Worth, so I’m not optimistic even though it was shipped priority overnight with Saturday delivery.

@user_5d4a36​ I ordered on 9/10.  The updated estimated delivery is tomorrow morning.  It was shipped Friday priority overnight with Saturday delivery, but it never left Ft Worth until late Saturday.

unfortunately FedEx won’t deliver on Saturdays, even though it was shipped out on Friday with overnight shipping.

I pre-ordered mine 3 minutes after you were able to on 9/9, label created on 9/15, shipped out 9/16 and arrived at destination facility about an hour ago with delivery today.  hopefully you receive yours today, too! @user_f98314

Mine was scheduled for Sat delivery, but got delayed.  It just arrived, so not bad … essentially one business day after the estimated delivery date and the delay was FedEx, not XM.

I ordered mine 9/9. There’s no date in my confirmation email. I have no info to go on. Very annoyed.

Prepare to wait. I was told it would ship September 16. Just called because they failed to ship (I’m sure Covid or part shortage) and was told September 30 at earliest now.   

Unfortunately you can’t cancel and just get from Verizon either. You have to wait until it arrives even though they have not shipped.

Ordered 9/14.  Late to the party.  I was told Oct 28.  No further updates.  Yeesh.   Haven't had an iphone since the 4.  I can't believe this is still a thing.

Messaged yesterday to check in and the date changed to Oct 28 at 7:12am.  I wish they wouldn't use 'guaranteed' and 'rest assured' so much.   It's weird and now it really makes you wonder.  I'm starting to get bored, I'm not convinced apple products are worth all this goofiness.

As shared by that employee and myself, shipping delays for new Apple products are not a new issue for Apple. This is something that has been happening with almost all new Apple devices for years. It has been made worse by Covid. Like with many things, Covid has impacted supply chains and electronic parts. When searching the Apple community, I was able to see that Apple's own website is stating that certain Apple 14 models will not be received by customers until late October. Since this issue has nothing to do with Comcast's ability to deliver devices, but rather Apple's ability to fulfill all the preorders, I would recommend sharing your feedback with Apple directly on their forum: Official Apple Support Community

Well..... I called the order verification dept at XM. I ordered the A14PM 512GB on 9/9.  My estimated delivery date is 9/30.  I was advised that XM is expecting a shipment from Apple this week and next week.  and they advised that my device could possibly be delivered before 9/30.  I truly hope so.....  so this is NOT on XM, this is on Apple and trying to fill these pre-orders!!!!

Received xfinity shipping confirmation around 11. Phone was picked up in fort worth, on the way to florida for tomorrow delivery.

Not to get too many peoples’ hopes up, but I pre-ordered a black PM14 256GB later in the evening on 9/9 (around 8:00pm EST). Original estimated delivery was 9/30. Got a shipment confirmation today that it will arrive tomorrow.

So Apple stated Opening day to Ship would be Fri 16. Getting frustrated, mamma taught me to be patient. But I want my new Toy (14 MP/256). I ordered within 1 hour of opening. No confirmation yet (Sep 20). I returned last years 13 (by the way I lost the Deposit Money No recourse aprox $120 and lost multiple hours with store employees , actually they were getting to know me by name). POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, as always ([Edited: "Inflammatory"]). If it weren't for the cheap rates, I would bolt. I would love to cancel, but they have canceled being canceled- REMOVING the "CANCEL" ICON. Overall I hate false advertising, getting a bad taste!!!

@FrustratedService​ Update- after NO updates (email) I went to the store today and Canceled my Pro max (because that is the only way to cancel).  I talked to Sales rep @ store. He stated my  Iphone 14 pro max phone would process Oct 28. Screw this false advertising. Cancellation went smooth w/ email confirmation.

I’m here because my husband got his 14 Pro 128 black on time but my silver is nowhere to be found. Estimated date is October 7. I’m commenting because people are relying on Xfinity customer service and xfinity themselves keep touting their great xfinity mobile team on this thread.

For the past two weeks—7 hours of chat—I’ve been dealing with xfinity mobile reps and xfinity techs trying to add my in-laws xfinity mobile number into my account since they moved in with us. After all that time and assurances by all 9 people I chatted with, it turned out that it’s completely impossible to combine the accounts. I will have to switch them to another carrier and then switch them back to xfinity under my account as a new xfinity number OR abandon their current phone number and give them a new one under my account. That is the customer service and technical capability we’re dealing with.

I just had to do the same thing as my wife and I got married and are combining accounts.  I ran into brick walls with Xfinity chat agents giving me a variety of excuses why it couldn't be done, but I finally landed with a chat agent who knew what he was doing and got the job done.  I am appalled by the ridiculously varying quality of the chat agents.  4 out of 5 are stupid and don't want to help, but 1 out of 5 is a rock star.

Very strange thing. I saw a gold 256 gold pro max on the site and it said it was in stock. I literally thought it was a glitch so I placed the order and am planning on cancelling my black one from sept 10th. The gold actually showed up in FedEx with a delivery date. The one I ordered today 2 hours ago.
