iPhone 14 Shipping Times

Hello, I saw a shipping thread created for the iPhone 13 so I'm creating this one! Let's update each other on the shipping processes for the phones. I ordered the 14 pro max in space black 128gb and my date is scheduled for September 30th but I already lost the cancel button and received a trade in email and the phone shows up on my account now. Is anyone else seeing this?

I truly hope that we will all receive our phones on the date that was on the confirmation emails.

Wow. I am kind of disappointed that there is no movement so far. I am doubtful that I will receive the phone on Friday.

Just an fyi. it's a 2 day business delivery. i.e, Fedex will not deliver the package during Saturday and Sunday.

@user_cd1d07​ Relax, your package is already travelling right now. In order to protect Apple's terms and to keep similar launch day experience across the US, Xfinity/FedEx/UPS won't disclose the info yet. They keep it down until they are very close to the launch day. You will get the email latest by tomorrow night and you will see that the delivery is due on Friday 9/16. Also your phone would be already in your city or close. There can be a few exceptions but majority should have the phone this Friday.

I highly doubt that it already shipped. as far as I know ups/FedEx has nothing to do with apple’s launch date. Once the label is created it’s on their system and I don’t think they will hold the tracking specifically for apple.

I was seeing people talk about the estimated date in the blue box on their confirmation email. I dont have a date in my box it just has the name and address and says Pre Order Free, 2 business day shipping...

Anyone else not have a date in their confirmation email?

Still no tracking info in the FedEx app, no email from Xfinity, and still no refresh on the charge on the card for the phone. Still hoping I hear something today and they live up to that 16th date from my confirmation email.

I ordered 14Pro 256G and 512G. 256G is shipped out (got tracking email) and scheduled to be delivered 9/16 by 8 pm and the IEMI number is available on the XM app. the 512G has no update yet.

Looks like the 256s are all shipping out but 512 is going to be delayed due to inventory. Exact same thing happened last year.

Well I just spoke with XM and I was advised that the 256GB will be received by tomorrow and the 512GB will be received by 9/23 or 9/30.

Since everyone is giving their super fast ship dates I will offer mine.   Between work and coaching I was able to put my order in at 9:51PM on 9/9 for a 14 PM Silver 512.    My "Pre-Order Availability" is 10/28.   Looks like a 6 week wait!

xFinity says that I was charged and that my device is paid in full.   There isn't a charge on my account as of right now.   I received two emails since my order, first said "We Got Your Order" and the second says "xFinity Mobile Order Confirmation".   The second email has the blue box that says pre-order availability: 2022-10-28.   The phone shows in my account but is grayed out.   6+ weeks seems like a really long time but I have never attempted to buy the newest phone before.

Xfinity needs to get together, I keep on being told I will get my phone tomorrow but I don't feel hopeful, because the charge isn't on my bank account anymore and I don't have any tracking information, I placed my order on 9/9 at 8:07am EST

@Speedy079​  I pre-ordered the Pro 128gb a few minutes after they started accepting the pre-orders. Got the confirmation email the same day with the availability date as 9/16 tomorrow, but haven’t received any other emails about shipping updates. I’m growing mad and impatient lol but i’m not really hopeful at this point after seeing other comments. :(

I just finished talking to a XM chat agent. He said your phone is already travelling and will be delivered by tomorrow. He said I am not seeing the tracking number because the phone is not yet linked to my account. As soon as it is linked I will start seeing the real tracking number and even get the tracking email. He said that will happen today within 2-4 hours from now. Let's hope he told me the right information.

Well, I got a Tracking Number just now. 

FedEx says delivery Monday even though my order confirmation says 9/16.

However, its overnight shipping with an anticipated ship date of tomorrow. So, if FedEx does pick it up today instead, it should be here tomorrow!

@subrina1025 I ordered at like 8:30 AM Eastern, but I didn't realize they wanted me to submit an ID photo for verification until that evening, so I didn't get my order confirmation until 9:30pm

Just spoke to rep on chat. Said my delivery will ship on the 16th and arrive on the 30th which makes no sense. But I asked if I could just pick up a phone in store tomorrow and they basically said that the stores won’t have them available either 😳
