@user_cd1d07​ Relax, your package is already travelling right now. In order to protect Apple's terms and to keep similar launch day experience across the US, Xfinity/FedEx/UPS won't disclose the info yet. They keep it down until they are very close to the launch day. You will get the email latest by tomorrow night and you will see that the delivery is due on Friday 9/16. Also your phone would be already in your city or close. There can be a few exceptions but majority should have the phone this Friday.

I highly doubt that it already shipped. as far as I know ups/FedEx has nothing to do with apple’s launch date. Once the label is created it’s on their system and I don’t think they will hold the tracking specifically for apple.

Login to your Fedex account and see if you see any package coming or something with the name master?

@user_82e017​ i also have it, but i thought that is a default empty view name when you dont have any shipments in progress.

@Colacone​  I just looked on my fedex and see tracking was created and the expected ship date is tomorrow

@user_3cf2ef​ Ordered 9/9 at 9am.  Delivery promised by 9/16. Still no shipping info.  Promise broken. Giving up on Xfinity. Canceled order. 

@user_3cf2ef​ curious about the octobers did you get a confirmation email after the we got your order email, were you charged, and is the phone showing up in your account yet?

xFinity says that I was charged and that my device is paid in full.   There isn't a charge on my account as of right now.   I received two emails since my order, first said "We Got Your Order" and the second says "xFinity Mobile Order Confirmation".   The second email has the blue box that says pre-order availability: 2022-10-28.   The phone shows in my account but is grayed out.   6+ weeks seems like a really long time but I have never attempted to buy the newest phone before.

Me too. Never received an estimated date even though I ordered on 9/9.

Still nothing here, spoke to a rep and they still assure me its coming tomorrow. But I have no Fedex and it has not changed in the app yet either.

@Speedy079​  I pre-ordered the Pro 128gb a few minutes after they started accepting the pre-orders. Got the confirmation email the same day with the availability date as 9/16 tomorrow, but haven’t received any other emails about shipping updates. I’m growing mad and impatient lol but i’m not really hopeful at this point after seeing other comments. :(

@subrina1025 I ordered at like 8:30 AM Eastern, but I didn't realize they wanted me to submit an ID photo for verification until that evening, so I didn't get my order confirmation until 9:30pm

@Colacone​ if you don’t mind me asking — how did you end up getting overnight? Since standard is 2 day free shipping :(
