The Xfinity Support site literally says that all pre-orders will ship on the launch date, not be received. My order confirmation says nothing about the phone being received by tomorrow...just that the pre-order availability is 9/16...Why are people f

Just spoke to rep on chat. Said my delivery will ship on the 16th and arrive on the 30th which makes no sense. But I asked if I could just pick up a phone in store tomorrow and they basically said that the stores won’t have them available either 😳
