iPhone 14 connectivity problems
Customer since dec2022. I don’t leave my house unless to go to store, doctor or to visit my dad. I’ve visited my dad, (whom is 1 hr away from me), with a Verizon tower within 200 yard’s from his house! The 3 times visiting him since getting my phone and every time my service goes to SOS. I’ve used his phone (he’s with T-Mobile) to call Xfinity customer service support on the phone for hours and never they have never been able to fix this problem. His area has been checked for possible problems with me having connection issues… comes back that there is no issue and I shouldn’t have any connection issue. My eSims has been deleted and reinstalled. My network has been restarted multiple times. I’ve been sent 30 minutes away to an actual store by customer service representative and the internet showed store is open, needed the address for gps, to only get to the store and it’s closed with a number to call. Can’t call because my service has not came back from SOS mode. I’ve also tried the airplane mode (trick). If I’m at my house I’m connected to wifi. I’ve made numerous chat attempts ( the process is long and tedious) to have a technician call me, while on the call it drops… they don’t call back! I’ve responded to the texts sent after being on the phone with support, all are 0, I would not recommend my friends to Xfinity and my issue hasn’t been resolved. I have responded to the emails sent from Xfinity. To which all have been also negative and my service issues have not been resolved. My phone upgrades nightly, or that’s what it’s set to do. I’ve updated the app like instructed as well.
