I pre-ordered an upgrade for iPhone on Friday. I know it's a bit soon but has anyone seen the 'Shipped' status update yet?
Ordered a gold color w/ 256gb if that matters.

I ordered IPhone 13 Pro Max 128gb Sierra Blue. According to the email it was supposed to be shipped out today but that hasn’t happened. The funny thing is I have read other comments that people have not been charged yet. Mine ordered was charged to my bank the same day, I have the confirmation email and I am able to see the device on the app but still have not received the phone. Next time I will get from Apple itself. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

I ordered my iPhone13 pro max on Sept 17,
my availability was Oct. 9 , I just received email it has shipped. I’m thinking they weren’t expecting this big of a turn out for these phones. Sorry for anyone whom still has to wait a while. All phone companies can be bears.

I just got my shipping for my 13 Pro Max 128GB this evening I ordered on the 17th of September . I had placed a order with AT&T because Comcast was telling me I wouldn’t have my phone for another month . But I guess that’s not true. I canceled the AT&T order and I’ll be sticking with Comcast . Good luck to everyone else with getting your phones !

Mere curiosity here and unrelated to shipping but why did so many of you go with the 128 GB option? You do realize that with all of its amazing camera power and abilities to take Pro Res Video and Cinematic video it’s going to default to 1080p on your phones because like 3 videos will take up all your space locally. That stuff can’t be housed only on iCloud. Not sure if everybody knew that or not. Some people are just quick to jump to the cheapest model and say mehhh I don’t need the space I’ll save it to iCloud and you should read the disclaimer about the 128 GB version.
I feel bad with all the shipping woes and I’m truly not trying to give more bad news I just saw this on YouTube a lot of people complaining on the Pro models the 128 GB isn’t enough space and it reduces your video quality so those fancy features work but you can’t really use them to their potential in 4K and stuff.

Finally I see iphone 13 shipping details...expected delivery on 10/13. Apple iPhone 13 Pro Max, Sierra Blue, 256GB ordered on Sep 19th 7:56PM CST.

Mines still saying shipment information sent to FedEx since Saturday afternoon and the delivery date is pending. It’ll probably ship out later today.
EDIT: Just got picked up by FedEx it’ll be here Wednesday 🙃

iPhone 13 Pro Max 256GB Grafite at 8:46 PM EST on September 19th (I wasn't sure which one I wanted to get, so I delayed...)
Nothing as of yet, but I think it had a longer delivery time at that point.

I ordered the iPhone 13 Pro Max on 9/20/2021 still haven’t received email about my device and I have not received it nor tracking of the device,I’m disgusted by the customer service😡

Here is an update on my case. Order September 18th, already have spent more than five hours with representatives and even a supervisor yesterday, went to a physical store and after 5 different (and broken) promises still no phone. It has been extremely humiliating to say the least how they have abused my confident in this company.
This is how companies lose customers and fail.

I ordered mine on the 17th, Xfinity canceled my preorder on the 20th, so I had to order again. I've heard nothing, tried calling customer service and they told me they had no information on when it would ship, so I couldn't even get an estimated delivery date. Very frustrating to say the least.

My friend order on Verizon (iPhone 13 Pro Max, Gold, 256gb) 2 weeks ago. arrived yesterday. I do not know why xfinity cannot process our order, or at least provide some update

I’ve had enough and am switching carriers. The superstar agents instead of helping me, canceled my original order from September 18th and placed a new one on October 8th with the false promise of a deliver by the 10th possibly the 11th. Today is the 14th and no shipping confirmation yet but a back order notice and an expected shipping day of November, [Edited: "Language"]?
I was patience enough and tolerated way too much. Sharing my terrible experience as much as I can. Maybe I could help at least one person from joining this joke of a company. Shame On You Comcast/XfinityMobile, Shame on you

Our phones finally shipped. Order 9/17, I ordered two iPhone 13 Pro Max 1TB in Blue. I ordered them within seconds of the preorder going live. In fact I was so close to it dropping I saw that they orders were like ~8 mins late from when they should have been live. Anyway... I got the shipping notifications around 8:30pm CST. They are scheduled for delivery Friday via FedEx. Phones are shipping from their hub that is only a 4 hour drive away. I'm curious if fedex is really going to make that take two days to get here.
