Hope your friends or family overseas are still in good spirits after this world cup. We'd be more than happy to troubleshoot this issue alongside of you. For starters, is this issue occurring with Xfinity mobile or an Xfinity voice line?

Hi. My husband was able to get through today. It was with Xfininty Mobile. He said it's happened before, but never this long. Could have been something in Germany that was fixed?? He was able to call England.

His mother doesn't care about the World Cup, but we were bummed that Germany exited so early. Also bummed that Norway is out, but now rooting for France or Spain. :)
