Impossible to get a refund for a product I never recieved!

On March 4th I ordered a Google watch in store. They didn't have anything but orange - so I opted to have it shipped. The shipment required a signature - so I had someone waiting to receive it at the time UPS stated it would be delivered. They never came during that window - three times - and the watch was returned to sender. THEN THE TROUBLE STARTED! I had paid a deposit of 98.16 in store. With no watch, and the watch showing on my account - I began contacting Xfinity. It is now 5/7. I have called and texted in chat 7 different times, each time being assured that my refund was on its way. I have visited the store twice - waited over an hour to speak to someone, then assured the refund was now being processed and the wath had been removed from my account. NONE OF THIS EVER HAPPENED! I am currently in a chat AGAIN with an agent who assures me (as they all have) that they are removing the watch from my account and sending me a refund. HOW IS IT THAT I HAVE BEEN TOLD THIS 7 TIMES AND IT HAS NEVER BEEN DONE!

I'm ready to throw my equipment through the window of the store and be done with Comcast forever (and I'm a customer for decades!)  [Edited: "Profanity"]
