I have not received my trade in credits.
I received a confirmation email on 10/5 of the acceptance of the phone I traded in, and that I would receive a credit of $600 over 24 months. It is now almost the middle of November, and I’ve called, chatted to no avail. The only thing that I was provided with was a ticket they said should be resolved. I’ve never had this issue when I upgraded in a store.

"Search for Xfinity Support" won't work. To send a "Direct Messaging" message to Xfinity Support:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
• - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send it
