I guess Xfinity does not honor their word

Have been getting the run around for two days now on getting my line setup

Verified by SheerID for military 

And free line even shows on my main account page 

Cancelled my current mobile provider the other day, so no service for me starting tomorrow 

Nine different agents over multiple departments, nine different answers....many many wasted hours...kinda at a loss here...
