I did not receive my check after my phone trade in

I trade in my mobile in October 2022. I did not receive my check. It’s been almost a year, I have called and had a chat with agents. But Idid not receive any response regarding the check after creating lot of cases. I would like to escalate the issue as high as possible… please help me on this.. please help me escalate the issue however possible to get the help I want!
