How to find out if my local Xfinity store has an iPad I need
I am looking to add a line to my mobile service and due to no phone numbers being listed, I am only able to drive store to store in hopes they have what I’m looking for. Unfortunately I live in and around a major city so a 2 mile drive can take me 30-45 minutes with not being able to park without having to either pay or walk a long way (just to find out they don’t have it in stock). I also have a large pickup truck which makes it even harder.
I had called and the woman I spoke with was no help and told me I could/should have it shipped to me. Unfortunately the only thing is, if I have a package delivered to my house… it is left outside as there is no inside access unless you live there.

Unfortunately the Xfinity stores don’t carry much inventory and even if you are able to connect to one they don’t really know what they have available until they send someone into their inventory room and search through the room and search recently delivered unopened shipments. Yes, it’s that bad.
If you have good AT&T cellular coverage you could just buy the iPad that you really want and then get cellular service from Truphone which has very good rates for LTE service. You can test their service on your phone if you have an unlocked phone with an eSIM.

Hi there! Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us today. We are unable to see non comcast equipment inventory that the service centers hold, so you would have to go there directly to see if they have it.
