Frustrated
I have been a Comcast/xfinity customer for ten years. I am trying to get mobile service and buy phones. They will not verify my identity because my name is listed as Cindy on my account and my real name is Cynthia which is in my license. I was told to go to the xfinity store to verify identity which I did but I still have not got confirmation for my order.
