Free unlimited data mobile scam

I was persuaded to sign up for a “free” unlimited data mobile service in November 2024 while contacting online support to fix my router/modem settings. Although the first billing cycle was indeed free, I was unexpectedly charged $69 this month for what was supposed to remain free.

Yes, the mobile data/ unlimited is supposed to be free till Nov 16, 2025. Instead I got the first month free and charged $69.17 on the second month
