Fraud ticket

I had an extra line added to my account without my permission. I had been overcharged for some time and I am unable to get anyone to help me get my money back.

I am sorry to hear that there was a line added to the account without your permission, but you have reached the right team that can look into this for you. Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address?

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
