FRAUD BY xfinity MOBILE (ticket# [Edited])
XFINITY MOBILE customer charged me for mobile services for more than a year. i was not even aware of that. luckily last month i saw my credit card statement and found the fraud of xfinity mobile charging my credit card since MORE THAN A YEAR
i called xfinity mobile and they said they will refund all my money, and they created ticket# [Edited: "Personal Information"]. its been 5 weeks since ticket was created. NO ACTION FROM ANYONE AT XFINITY MOBILE.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK. xfinity should stop doing fraud in USA.

A similar issue is happening to me.
I am soley an xfinity internet customer; never had a mobile account with xfinity. An unknown mobile account number started showing up on my xfinity account. I was able to access the bills and the first bill with the unknown account number was not even addressed to my name or address, only the second billing cycle is then changed to my name and address. The details on the mobile account do not even match my name or email. I attempted to solve this with xfinity in April of 2025, and was told it was an "interface issue" and that number shouldn't have been showing up on my account. I will also add that I was never emailed or sent bills for these charges in the mail.
Here four months later, I have debt collectors on behalf of xfinity attempting to collect $1460.00 of fraudulent bills. Been trying to get in touch with the right person to fix the issue only to have been cycled through dozens of outsourced call centers and cycled through the same hotlines with no hope of reaching the right department. It is truly sad as so many people are dealing with this to no avail; xfinity's goal is to never have to talk with a customer, they want to loop you around to automated telephone prompt, or poorly functioning "AI" chat messages.
I'm anxiously trying to intercept this from being put on my credit report. There is no one in billing, fraud, ID theft, or any other department that has been able to solve my issue. I have spent days and hours on the phone. I'm desperate. I have an existing case number and have already submitted an ID theft packet to the email, i've sent it certified mail and have a tracking number, and I've filed a police report.
