file complaint about your service

I have made multiple attempts at getting this resolved and so has my daughter. I am yet seeing another bill for my I was informed the last time that I chatted with a rep that I would no longer be seeing bills and guess what there is yet another bill. I paid for this phone in full. I don't understand why there is yet another bill. I am a senior citizen and should not be treated this way by your company
