Extremely Frustrated with Customer Service Still Searching for an Answer to the following Question

I need the address where you would MAIL a payment for Xfinity Mobile.

I have a Medicare Advantage plan, and I have extra money each month to help with paying essential bills.  This is how I pay my internet bill each month.

In order to use this program to pay my mobile bill,l I need a Physical mailing address, even though the payment is transferred electronically.

Can you please provide me with the complete name and mailing address?

Also, the customer service I received through chat and then by phone was horrible.  I explained what I needed the same way I just stated it here, and they tried to give me my OWN address as well as the address to my local store.   I eventually asked for a supervisor, and then they became extremely rude.

I have been with Xfinity for internet for over 11 years, and honestly, the horrible customer service makes me excited that we have Ziply Fiber coming to my area.  If I can not get these issues handled and start getting better customer service, I will go back to T-Mobile (I was with them for over 15 years, and I am feeling sorry I switched)
