Dropped mobile calls
Add me to the list. Constantly dropped calls, even while speaking with Customer Support. No resolution after more than 7 hours on the phone, over 4 calls. On the last call, i was given a $10 credit, which was ridiculous. I havent been able to make/receive a full call in my home in 2 months!
Said ealier in the week, they'd call back. They did, when i was in an appointment. I asked them to call back in 2 hours. They said okay (i had 2 calls right after the other.). No call back in 5 days.
We called Cust Support again tonight. Call was dropped while waiting for a rep following a Reset (again!)
HELP! Who do we contact? Better Business Bureau, FCC, or other to get resolution?
