Does Anyone get there service, canceled for weeks and charged another month for not paying a bill due to unforeseen income circumstances ?

Unfair Billing practices !  Who agrees with me ?

Did a few days ago... I was able to receive attention finally... but still waiting from my bank about a refund from a recent Xfinity bill charge.
