Does 45 day waiting period for Global Travel pass apply to new accounts or new lines?

I've been with Xfinity now for 45 days and also looking to bring my daughter over to the Premium Unlimited plan.  She is currently in the UK and will be there for the next two years.  This plan is right for us but I'm wondering if the 45 day waiting period to use international data voice applies to NEW LINES or NEW ACCOUNTS?  It would be a shame to move her from AT&T and not be able to use the phone for 45 days.  If this rule only applies to new accounts, we should be ok.  But if it applies to new lines, I'm not sure we want to go 45 days without cell service.  THanks for answering my question.

Greetings @user_3frukp, and thanks for posting to the Xfinity forums, I hope this message finds you well. With the global travel pass, the requirements for it to be added to a line are the following:

- Line is active in the billing system

- Account is in good standing - account should have 1 paid XM bill cycle to become eligible for international roaming (approx. 50 days old)
- Internet has been installed and activated
- Line has domestic usage
- XM-only lines can enable international roaming if they meet eligibility above.

@XfinityJeff  This doesn't answer my question and let me be more specific and include some answers for you.

- Line is active in the billing system

YES? - If my daughter switches to Xfinity from Verizon, does that make her "active in your billing system"?  If so, then we can say "yes" to this.

- Account is in good standing - account should have 1 paid XM bill cycle to become eligible for international roaming (approx. 50 days old)

YES - Account is in good standing with one paid XM cycle and Comcast customer for 25 years.  Note:  This is the family ACCOUNT and not specific to a LINE

- Internet has been installed and activated

YES - we've had internet via Comcast for 25 years.

- Line has domestic usage

YES - if she switches to Xfinity while she is in the states on an upcoming holiday, I would imagine it will have some domestic usage before she goes back to UK

- XM-only lines can enable international roaming if they meet eligibility above.

That's what I'm trying to figure out.
