direct phone number or email address to Xfinity mobile advanced services

Hello,

Is there a way to contact Xfinity mobile advanced services team directly? I have been trying to resolve an issue on my account and for more than 2 months I have been trying almost daily, and I am not getting any where or the right help. the mobile chat send me to a chat agent who transfer me to another agent where after 40 minutes I get the same answer " Sorry I looked at your account and this issue can only be handed by the advanced services team, let update your ticket and transfer you" this where my heart drops every time, I get transferred the phone ring and I get the same clueless 1/2 baked AI IVR and after 20 minutes, I get offered a call back, that either never happen, or if it does when I answer I get back in the queue that routed me to the advanced services team, and the process repeat. no matter what I tried including email to Xfinitymobile_shippingclaims.com on almost daily basis with the case and account number, and to the customer success team that reached out to check why I have them a low score on the customer survey".

Hello! The best way to contact the Xfinity Mobile team is to reach out to them via the call center number, or to visit one of our Xfinity locations.

I know it is almost unimaginable situation but my issue still has not been resolved and I have been attempting to close this issue by repeating the process wishing that someone at Xfinity mobile can give me an honest straight answer. Can someone from Xfinity call the number that the Xfinity mobile agents that I chatted with for 2 hours gave me to call, it is embarrassing that a customer get a sex hotline number from there Telco provider.
