Deleting all texts

Got a new phone and when ported over it downloaded all texts, mostly garbage from other phone did not even know were there.  How can i delete all without one at a time as there are about 300.  Thanks

Texts are optionally backed up by iCLoud (if iPhone) or Google/Samsung depending on configuration of your old device. When you signed into the new one, you were given the option to restore all or select what you want restored, by default ALL includes text messages.

Depending on how valuable your time is, you may want to reset the new device and restore accordingly minus the texts.

I hope this helps.

I am not seeing a way to mass delete all of them. I know with iPhone, you can select them one by one then hit delete, versus deleting each one by one. This may be an option on that phone to do the same.

I no longer work for Comcast.
