Delay in activation of my new iphone 14 pro and portin

I purchased a new iphone 14 pro and requested for portin my number to xfinity. Its been more than 30 hrs, my old carrier released the number. Xfinity has not activated my phone nor giving any status on my number. Since yesterday i am unable to do any of my work because my only number is out of network due to delay from xfinity. The agents doesnt know the status and asking to wait for 3-4 hrs every time you reach them.

Its been more than 48 hours and my number has been released by the old carrier. Xfinity has no information about the number. Xfinity advanced tier 2 people says the number should be assigned to xfinity by verizon porting department and normally they dont work on holidays. 
xfinity is such an irresponsible company and spoiled my whole vacation. I had to cancel all my travel because of no telephone network.  I want to sue xfinity.

Hi, there. I am terribly sorry for the experience you have had while changing to our Xfinity Mobile services. I can imagine how frustrating this has been. Through our Forums team we are very limited with our support regarding Xfinity Mobile. Have you been in contact with our Advanced Repair team again?

I spoke to the customer care more than 40 times. Spoke to the advance repair team 5 times. No one has an answer where my number is ? My Number has already been released by VISIBLE on 23rd Dec and i got a release confirmation from VISIBLE by email. XFINITY porting team has no clue where is my number. Everytime i call, they give 72 hrs response back time. I have lost my only primary number because of XFINITY. I want to get back this number and go back to visible. If you see this message please call me back on the alternate number i provided
