Deceptive, fraudulent, and illegal practices by Xfinity mobile
I was made an offer by an agent for a free IPad and free mobile service for a year. I received a bill for the mobile service. I called and talked to supervisor Maya who would not validate the offer. I asked to cancel my mobile service and return the IPad. She stated she would cancel the mobile service, but would not allow me to return the IPad, and I would be charged over 400 for an Ipad I do not want. When I questioned why an agent would make a deceptive offer she offered no reply. I have a transcript of the offer with the agent who offered the Ipad and mobile service. She would not allow me to be transferred to another supervisor. This is a bait and switch..a fraudulent business practice by Xfinity
