Hi, I have been on the phone for 2 hours and all I want to do is claim this and and no one seems to be able to help me what’s with that? The deal is if you have 500mbs WiFi you can get a free unlimited into line upgrade, it’s on the Xfinity website.

I have tried that for 2 hours today talking with many agents and departments and they just said they couldn’t find the offer implying that I was lying all I want is the offer on the website I’m sick of wasting my time.
