Data saver

I have been unable to turn OFF data saver on one line of our mobile service for two months!!  Every time I try I get a 'service temporarily unavailable.  Try again later' message.

Have you attempted to reach out to our Xfinity Mobile team to see if that is an option they can turn on remotely for you?
