I am so disappointed Xfinity screwed up my plan I was promised a credit by a supervisor and now no one will help me … I am very upset and I am ready to switch . Do not get mobile service

Hey @user_eaf670, thank you for reaching out to Xfinity Support on our Forums. We apologize you were having trouble getting up with the credit and we certainly don't want you to be left without help. Can you send us a direct message so I can see what is going on with the credit?

To send a direct message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct messaging" icon near the top right of the page

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send it
